Fraser is now accepting applications for this 3-bedroom townhome in Hopkins. The site is located near all of the amenities and employment opportunities in downtown Hopkins. Fraser staff will provide Supported Living Services (SLS) using DD waiver funding. The site will not be foster care licensed, therefore, no GRH funding is available for room & board. Rent and living expenses are paid for privately by clients. Fraser is a local non-profit disability service organization that was founded in 1935. The mission of Fraser is to make a meaningful and lasting difference in the lives of children, adults, and families with special needs.
